The pildora is a kind of tartar,marinated in lemon juice the ceviche way. It will be served on corn tostadas.

The ingredients are:

  • 1 kilogram of lean ground beef
  • Lemon at discretion
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 red onion, chiseled
  • 1 bunch of chiseled coriander
  • 1 grated carrot
  • Chopped jalapeño peppers (optional)
  • Grilled corn tortillas
  • Salt at discretion

Directions :

Marinate the minced meat in a bowl with enough lemon juice to soak it. Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Take it out of the fridge and add the vegetables. Mix gently, add lemon juice if necessar,y and serve on tostadas. Decorate with avocado.
